Wow! It’s going to look so great! You guys are amazing rehab-bers! 🙂 I think the lightest one looks a little country-ish, probably not what you’re going for. I like the last, darkest two choices, but only if you want it to look very rich. I wonder if the dark color would overwhelm a smallish kitchen. Love the cherry! Not that all those kitchens aren’t completely gorgeous, as your finished product will be. Good luck!
I like the Cherry for a classic look and the walnut for a more contemporary look. I guess it also depends on the flooring in the rest of the house….Love your style!
totes Cherry.

Hi there! I like the “almost cherryish”, just because that’s what we did with our wood floors. It’s so warm and inviting. The dark colors are striking, but just don’t have the cozy feel, I guess. (Oh, and my folks have the really light floors and I sometimes feel like they’re kind of 1980’s, you know?)
awww man, i’m kinda the outcast. i love the darker two, i think its so classy, the white with the dark/black. but i agree, it depends on the space. it could look strange in a really tight kitchen. and it def should “blend” with the rest of the house. but i do just love the dark with the dark counters and bright cabinets. thats probably a “personal style” thing on my part though. ahhh decisions decisions. go with the majority. obvi, because “the first rule of flipping is to remove your desire to see your personal style and go with what will please the majority”! so do what ever sells the house!
Oooh my. Okay. Possibly the hardest decision of my week. I would have to say either the dark walnut or the ebony, but something in my gut is screaming ebony for your amazing kitchen. Go big or go home, baby.
I vote almost cherry-ish for warmth and assuming that would appeal to more buyers. Plus it hides dirt better than a darker floor.
dark walnut
I like option 2 the best
I love this feedback! Thank you so much! Looks like the super light floor is a no go… I didn’t like it either. 🙂 We’ll keep you updated with regular photos!
Dark walnut all the way!!
jen, you guys do amazing work! i love the house you flipped.
and for these? i like dark walnut i think. contrast!
I’ve always been a fan of dark walnut. Loving the pics of the flip too. You did an amzing job. Jim and I would like to get into flipping in the next couple of years. Maybe we’ll be calling you for some advice…
almost cherry… couldn’t see the Ebony for some reason….
Option 2…
Option 1 is too rustic,
Option 3 is too modern…
Of course, it’s always preference 🙂
