Insert a shape in front of all the text boxes you just made. I chose the rectangle with rounded corners that you see in the drop down box. You can then edit the shape the same way you would with the text box by right clicking on the text box. At the bottom of the menu it’ll say “Format Shape”. I made my fill white and enlarged the border.
Insert your clip art or stock photo of choice. I googled “free Thomas graphic” and came up with this one.
Insert a text box inside of your shape and add whatever text you’d like. Fiddle with the coloring. A good rule of thumb for not letting it look too busy is to use two fonts.
Once you have the template created you can edit the stripes to be ombre or keep them just a solid color. Then you can fiddle with the shade and make it slightly different like the “plaque” one.
