It’s the beginning of August and I have fall on the brain… I’ve been invited to participate in a fall home tour so I’m really trying to organize all my ideas but really all I can think about is getting the most dynamite gourds in the world at Whole Foods (and they are surprisingly some of the lowest priced ones around!)! I’d love to hear from you either in the comments (if you don’t have a blog) or in the link party if you do: WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE FALL TIPS OR TRADITIONS? I’d love to see photos of your best projects and will feature some in a round up of great ideas on the blog next week.
These pumpkin chocolate chip cookies have been one of the most popular posts on the blog (from two years ago!). The combo of the two flavors is just dynamite!
Onward and upward… here are the features for this week!
Because Drew adores donuts, he can wolf them down in seconds, I chose this homemade donuts recipe from Confessions of a Secret Crafter. Brittany adapted them from a Martha Stewart recipe (which I am in full support of… who has time to cook all day the way Martha’s recipes generally require you to do)?
Jamie from So Much Better with Age does it again with her neutral foyer! This is another success story for paint and wallpaper removal!
DIY / Crafts
I wasn’t really sure what category to put this in so “crafts” it is! 🙂
I love this idea to give your friends a happy treat in the mail… Jenny had a great idea with her Box Full of Sunshine. Tell me that isn’t better than the bills you receive. 🙂
Lastly, I love this adorable Butterfly Picnic second birthday party that April from House by Hoff threw for her daughter Lily!
You know the drill… link up to Nina from Everyday Enchanting and / or Migonis Home and follow us on some or all of our social media.
