I’m brainstorming our table for Thanksgiving (we may be hosting this year) and just recently bought twelve of the white pumpkin soup bowls you’ll see below… and while I was in Walmart yesterday I started seeing items, like my soup bowls, that were very similar to other more expensive items on the market and I got the idea to give you another “Getting it Cheaper” post. This post is NOT sponsored although there are some affiliate links in the post.
This past weekend I helped coordinate a wedding where the stylish bride registered for these gorgeous Anthro glasses… and then I saw some very similar ones at Walmart yesterday so I knew I had to share!

These Better Homes and Gardens white pumpkin bowls are sold out online but they are in the stores (at least around us they are!) but the orange ones are still available online. Mine arrived a couple weeks ago and they’ve already been put to good use (as a bonus, they are microwave and dishwasher safe!).

Similarly… this pumpkin tureen goes with the mini bowls from Walmart above… and it’s drastically cheaper than it’s expensive, albeit gorgeous, doppelganger from Williams-Sonoma:

I have loved this Birch Lane cake stand for a while now and just found a similar one from Better Homes and Gardens at Walmart.

Hope you found some good buys! I’m excited to share my fall table with you in the next few weeks, I’ll have the cake stand and the soup bowls on it! 🙂
Have a wonderful Saturday!
Love these posts! Thanks for sharing Jen!
Sure! 🙂 I always think it’s fun to find the money saving option on something someone may have been thinking about anyway!
Love your table and your cheaper wiser fines. I chalk painted several cheap pumpkins last year and did a very similar table. The paint held up great and they till look good.
It’s amazing how much you save by using great fake pumpkins! I painted some dollar store ones this year for my outdoor wreath and they’ve held up fabulously!
