A post sharing all about our marble subway tile back splash in partnership with North Shore Marble & Granite.
It’s been forever since I last posted and it feel really good to be back into the swing of things. I am so excited to share with you about our back splash. We partnered with North Shore Marble & Granite after having a great experience with the company when they installed our counters. We have used them for three kitchen (two in flips and rentals) and they have done a great job every time. Wendy, their office manager, is so easy to work with, really knows her products and remembers me and exactly what we were talking about whenever I come in to the store. When I shared with her my ideas for our counter, the thicker edges and slight detailing on them, she was so good to work with my vision and see how we could make it happen even though it was a little tricky.
The counters are quartz but the tile is a honed marble subway tile that coordinates really well with the counters. It’s been really easy to clean and wasn’t too hard for AJ to install (it was his first time installing individual tiles as opposed to 12×12 sheets). We decided on a light gray grout because we knew it would be more likely it would look like the same color over the whole back splash after cooking in front of it for months.
